At Pioneer, a comprehensive selection process is undertaken before any Guard or Officer is posted at a location. A mandatory 15 days Induction Training is imparted to enable our personnel to perform to the best of their capabilities so that they live up to the expectations of the concerned management.

In addition, before deploying the Guard at a location, a brief induction training is imparted with respect to the Company and his respective duties. We take pride in having employed large number of Ex-Army, Paramilitary and Police Officers in our administrative and operational departments.

At Pioneer, we have a separate department of Supervision and Inspection, wherein specialized and experienced Supervisors and Inspectors are deputed. We have a dedicated department, which carters to our clients servicing issues, controlled directly by the Directors. We lay special emphasis on service quality and client satisfaction.
